2 –  To secure a block you will need to submit an Expression of Interest Form (EOI) which can be done HERE.

3 – In submitting an EOI you must be prepared to go to contract immediately. Incomplete EOI’s will not be accepted (any missing information).

4 – Purchasers must sign unconditionally (no finance clause) and pay $1000 at EOI. A pre-approval or letter of purchase capacity is required to be submit alongside the EOI.

5 – It is the buyers responsibility to provide all builders documents to their builder. These can be found at the link below. The builder may request anything directly by emailing us sales@somerfieldestate.com.au
